The Seeker — MaHalla, Berlin

‘The Seeker’ wraps the walls of MaHalla, a former industrial hall in Berlin-Oberschöneweide, in a 270-degree mapping — an indoor immersive space at architectural scale.

MaHalla is a former industrial hall in Berlin-Oberschöneweide turned art venue. For ‘The Seeker’, RE:SORB wrapped its brick walls in a 270-degree mapping — the whole hall becomes a single image, and the visitor stands inside it.

Blue architecture dissolves into circuitry and light and reassembles around the audience: the indoor counterpart to the studio’s open-air lightfields. In 2026 RE:SORB returned to the hall with “BEYOND — Sanctum of Sound”, an indoor presentation of BEYOND.
