Together with our partners from Maizz, RE:SORB illuminated the 16-metre, 1:3 scale model of the Templo Mayor on the Zócalo, Mexico City’s central plaza. The mapping depicts the struggle of the Aztec people against the Spanish invasion — a fight, begun 500 years ago, against the destruction not only of a political system but of the culture of the Mexican people.

The project continues RE:SORB’s work in Mexico, which includes mappings on the Torre Latinoamericana in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
