Al Ain — Mountain of Light

For the Ramadan celebrations 2023 in Al Ain, RE:SORB turned an entire rock face into a canvas of light and staged holographic fog installations and a projection sphere on the festival grounds.

In the Middle East we have ventured into mythic territory: for the Ramadan celebrations 2023 in Al Ain, the oasis city at the foot of Jebel Hafeet, RE:SORB turned an entire rock face into a phantasmagoric playground of light and colour.

On the festival grounds below, families walked into holographic fog installations and gathered around a projection sphere — the studio’s walk-in lightfields in their first large public outing in the Emirates.
