‘History of Leipziger Platz’ tells the story of Berlin’s octagonal square — from its baroque origins through the boom years, war and division to the new city centre — on the long façade of the Mall of Berlin.

Realised with 48 synchronised projectors, it was Germany’s largest 3D projection mapping at the time and among the largest outdoor mappings in Western Europe. RE:SORB delivered the complete package: storytelling, 3D content, the multi-projector system design and the on-site mapping — and returned to the Mall of Berlin for another show in 2017.
