Hannover Messe — Opening Ceremony 2011

RESORB was tasked with creating the animations for the opening ceremony of the Hannover Messe 2011 — the world’s largest industrial fair — as well as the opening of CeBIT.

The stage design was built from stacked, projection-mapped volumes that the animations turned into a constantly shifting architecture of light.

Mapping onto a built stage set follows the same method as mapping onto a building. The ceremony is listed among the studio's projection mapping works in the RESORB showreel of 2015.
